To upload and track Air shipments on Portcast, we require the Master Airway Bill Number (MAWB).

What is an MAWB?

A Master Airway Bill is a transport document issued and signed by the air cargo carrier/agent for air shipments outlining key details of the terms and conditions of the carriage of goods over the carriers’ routes.

• The number on this document is what is used for air tracking via Portcast.
• The number is in the format: XXX-YYYYYYYY (3 digits - 8 digits)

How to track your air shipments:

1. Hover to the Tracking module on the left-hand side panel, click Tracking
2. Under the Tracking options here, click Air Cargo

Next, click the ‘ + Add MAWB ‘ button at the top right-hand corner of the page:

• You will then see a pop-up: Input your MAWB number in this box
• Click Upload
