The Logistics KPI Dashboard enables you to analyze historical shipment performance across transit time and dwell time, helping you identify bottlenecks, benchmark carriers, and improve planning and procurement decisions.

Unlike the Command Center, which focuses on live shipments and priority visibility into risk, the KPI Dashboard is designed for performance analytics and benchmarking based on completed voyages.

• Compare planned vs actual transit times
• Analyze dwell performance at origin, transshipment, or destination

What are the main components of the KPI dashboard?

The KPI Dashboard has two main performance insight modules:
